When you make a purchase from this website, you are indicating that you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions (your statutory rights are not affected) so please read them carefully and print a copy for your records. We may at anytime revise these terms and conditions without notice. It is up to you to ensure you regularly review and reprint them for your records as necessary.
Pricing and availability
The total price of your goods will be stipulated at the time you place your order or at the end when your order has been confirmed. All prices are in Euro including the relevant taxes for the Republic of Ireland where applicable. Any customs or import duties due when your order reaches its destination country are your responsibility.
We have the right to make alterations to the prices in the following circumstances:
On extremely rare occasions, the cost of the product may have increased but not updated on the website, taxes may have not been included in the price, or they may have changed. We will inform you immediately and before dispatch if this is the case to ensure you still wish to purchase, but at the revised cost.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for goods if it has been listed at the incorrect price due to a typographical error, or the price from our suppliers, tax or duty office was incorrect when our price was published. If you have already been charged we will immediately refund you the total amount you have paid (including any delivery charges).
All products and services offered for sale on this website are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. Pictures used are for illustration only and although we endeavour to be as accurate as possible, may differ slightly from the actual product supplied. If goods cannot be supplied for any reason we will contact you and you will not be charged for the items ordered. If payment has already been taken, you will be refunded for the cost (and any postage charges if applicable) immediately.
We endeavour to hold stocks of all our active products, but if we are out of stock of your chosen item we will inform you of an estimated delivery date (subject to availability). Some items may be shipped direct to you from our supplier in order for you to receive your chosen items as quickly as possible. This means that you may receive your order in separate parts, but will not incur any additional carriage charges (unless stated on your order conformation due to part of your order being for items under a different carriage charge) We cannot be held responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.
Payment
Payment is acceptable through a secure server by debit or credit card (please see card security below). Please do not e-mail your card details to us, we cannot be held responsible for security if you supply your details in this way. If payment is to be made by cheque, your goods will not be despatched until your cheque has cleared which takes approximately 5 working days.

Rest of the world - Please e-mail for a quote. Carriage is charged at cost for the most reasonable but reliable method.
Delivery is Monday to Friday only. *These services cannot be 100% guaranteed by us personally. We aim to dispatch orders within 48 hours, and standard delivery within Ireland normally takes 3-5 working days, but may take longer during busy periods such as Christmas. We will try to keep you informed of any delays, but please feel free to email for the status of your order at any time. We cannot guarantee the time of any deliveries, but will do our best to get your order to you as quickly and conveniently as possible. We reserve the right to charge for any costs incurred by us if the parcel is ultimately returned to us after a reasonable number of attempts has been made to deliver the goods to you (you will be refunded the cost of the items you ordered from us less our costs and a 15% restocking fee).
Overseas orders We are happy to export orders. Postage is charged at cost. Please always contact us for a quotation so that the correct payment can be sent which helps avoid delays to your order. Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your country will be the customers’ responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be.
Goods damaged in transit Please make sure you open your parcel immediately and carefully check the contents, as you must inform us via email to: customercare@gallopedia.com within 3 working days of delivery of any damaged or incorrectly sent goods, (Please quote your order number in all correspondence).
Goods lost in transit We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 7 working days from the expected delivery date (this is taken to be 3 working days from the advised date of despatch for standard delivery).
Refund & Exchange Policy
7 Day Money Back Guarantee
We offer a 7 Day Money Back Guarantee on all products purchased on gallopediatrading.com. If you are not satisfied with the goods we will give a full “no quibble” refund. The full cost of the goods will be refunded less the delivery charge. The refund, excluding postage/delivery, will be made to the credit/debit card used in the original purchase. The refund will be made within 15 days of us receiving the goods. The 7 days will begin from the day you receive the goods. Goods returned after this period will incur a 15% restocking charge. Goods to be returned must be accompanied by the original invoice They must be returned unused and in perfect, saleable condition and in their original packaging.. If any of these stipulations are not met we reserve the right to refuse a refund or incur a 15% repacking/used charge. Any intent to return a product must be communicated, via email to customercare@gallopedia.com stating the reason for return and quoting the original invoice number.
Exchange Policy
We offer a 14 Day Exchange Policy on all products purchased on gallopediatrading.com. Goods must be returned unused and in perfect, saleable condition and in their original packaging. Any intent to exchange a product must be communicated via email to customercare@gallopedia.com stating the reason for exchange and quoting the original invoice number prior to dispatch of the said goods. If any of these stipulations are not met we reserve the right to refuse an exchange or incur a 15% repacking/used charge. The cost or return postage will be incurred by the customer. Additionally the customer will be charged for postage on the exchanged item.
